There's something going wrong around the universe and Black Hand might have the answer about it. Now Hal will be forced to confront him despite of the consequences.
Heh. I enjoy how crazy Black Hand has become.
Robert Venditti delivers a new chapter where he not only plays with the plot-points he created in this storyarc but also uses some of the developments that occurred in the last one, particularly Black Hand's new abilities and what they mean for the rest of the universe.
The interaction between Hal and him is pretty fun. The way how Venditti portrays the villain as a pretty silly and over-the-top maniac but a pretty entertaining one at that. The dynamic with the rest of the cast remains interesting too.
Billy Tan showcases a strong work in art duties with a detailed look for all the characters and vibrant action scenes.
Good issue, can't wait to see the next one.
