Wonder Woman will have to stop the disasters that are happening in her life.
Aegeus is back to kill Diana and she doesn't know if she should fight him or not. Meanwhile Donna is about to lose control once that the person who has been helping her perishes.
God, this chapter was pretty awful as a whole.
Meredith Finch delivers a new installment where he focuses on both characters in particular. Diana and Donna, and sadly she fails at delivering an interesting or understandable situation.
For one, Aegeus is an awful villain. He's weak, whiny and doesn't have enough personality to justify his importance during this arc and the little character he has becomes annoying pretty fast. Speaking about the rest, they don't fare much better and even the decent conversations that appear here quickly become very stupid.
For example, Diana is unrealistically forgiving here. I mean, she has always been a compassionate person but she actually feels bad for Aegeus and refuses to fight him despite that he has been continually trying to kill her and once that a guy kills Donna's friend, Diana stops her from doing the same to him by saying: "it was an accident" when it was obvious that the guy wanted to cause a huge damage. The characterization is a mess.
David Finch still handles the artwork and his work is starting to get worse due that it looks a bit rushed with lines looking more inconsistent and characters can seem a bit awkward.
Bad, bad issue. We need a new creative team urgently.
