Some thoughts about Batman/Superman #25

Superman doesn't need Batman to save the world.

Clark is still trying to do his best to help people despite of his lack of powers but he will soon realize that he will need his friends more than ever.

Another solid installment I would say.

Greg Pak continues the Truth storyline by still focusing on Superman and his struggles to try to save the world in a different way. The characterization is pretty on-point with Clark acting the way you would expect in this situation while also delivering some interesting moments for Batgirl who also has a prominent role here.

Plus, the writer manages to give Vandal Savage a pretty respectful portrayal by depicting him as a powerful and cruel man who is ready to destroy everyone in his way.

There's not a lot of story going on sadly but the character work compensates it for the most part.

Cliff Richards handles the art and his work is pretty detailed and good looking but at times it seems a bit stiff with characters lacking flexibility.

Nice read despite of some minor nitpicks. Hope the next one offers more content though.
