Bruce is currently being affected by the influence of the Mobius Chair and he's decided to stop crime before it even happens which might make him even face some of his old demons.
The first of the one-shots focused on the event Darkseid War and so far, this is a promising turn of events.
Peter Tomasi handles a story where Batman uses his infinite power to fight criminals in a way he was never able to before. It creates an interesting discussion about how a crime is not a crime until it happens but the issue doesn't dwell to much into it.
What does happen though, is that Bruce pays a visit to Joe Chill and it actually developes a pretty engaging scene where Bruce finally shows all his frustrations towars the killer of his parents. It pretty much works the way that you would expect from an encounter between these two.
Also, the last page promises even bigger things.
Fernando Pasarin is in charge of the pencils and his work is pretty good looking with appealing character models and solid storytelling.
Entertaining issue, hope that the following ones are just as good.
