Sinestro will need to meet one of the few friends he has.
Sinestro shared a bond with Black Adam during their last encounted and he's convinced that the ruler of Kahndaq can help him with his mission. However, he will soon learn that the connection they share might be even bigger.
I'm actually quite surprised about this.
Cullen Bunn picks up one of the best developments from Forever Evil, the friendship between Black Adam and Sinestro, and recreates it in a pretty interesting and logical way that delivers a lot of entertaining moments. The way how both characters interacts with one another is something quite enjoyable to see and is good to know that the author didn't go for the easy route of making them fight each other.
About the plot, it progresses satisfactorily with the character work leading to a surprising turn of events at the end that are certainly connected to the Green Lantern universe.
Brad Walker and Ethan Van Sciver share art duties and their work is quite good in their respective segments. I must say that I really love the way how Van Sciver draws Black Adam, he captures his presence pretty nicely.
Excellent issue, exceeded expectations.
