People are coming from the future to try to prevent the present.
Cyborg has been threatened all this time by someone who he cares about but there's no time for him to worry about this situation since strange creatures are still attacking the whole world.
This worked surprisingly better than previous issues aside from some complaints.
For one, David Walker's narration is becoming much more natural. There are not so many awkward and heavyhanded moments like in the last chapters and the dialogue flows much better, it seems know like something written by a good writer. The plot also progress nicely despite of not being particularly interesting.
On the other hand, I don't understand why Sarah is in love with Vic even if her future-self says so. there was no development whatsoever for this kind of relationship to happen. Sure, the writer hinted at this since the beginning of the series but I hate when books do that by not demonstrating how a relationship progress in a natural way to make the audience care for it and instead the writer decides to say: "Oh, she/he is in love with him/her, just roll with it". It's a pretty typical case of "tell, don't show".
Ivan Reis handles the layouts while Felipe Watanabe finishes the job and the result is a pretty polished artwork that thankfully still has the strong points of Reis' style.
So. this is an overall passable issue, not so bad.
