Some thougths about Aquaman #30

Can Aquaman survive the fury of the deranged Hercules?

After being imprisoned for so long, the Lion of Olympus has completely lost his mind thanks to the monters that he was fighting against and Arthur will have to use all the skills he has if he wants to defeat him. That's not his only problem though since some people in Atlantis are still unsatisfied with his reign.

I have to say that I actually enjoyed this issue. Jeff Parker did a great job at portraying Arthur's personality as well as his abilities by fighting against Hercules, the battle was action-packed and showcased really great scenes. Not to mention that the main plot, although barely touched, seems interesting so far.

However, my favorite aspect from this is that Parker is finally using other supporting characters from Aquaman besides Arthur and Mera, it was pretty cool to see Tula again, as well as some sub-plots.

Paul Pelletier shares art duties with Alvaro Martinez this time and Pelletier'w roks is by far the strongest at depicting characters and action but Martinez doesn't do a bad job fortunately.

Pretty good issue, I hope that the following ones are even better.
