Some thoughts about Green Arrow #30

Green Arrow's body lies in the ground after being shot in the head by Komodo, how would he be able to recover from this.

The Arrow, Axe and Sword Clans have reunited along with Magus to defeat Komodo and the rest of the Clans, the final battle is here and Robert Queen will have to understand his biggest mistakes if he wants to save the most important person to him, even if it costs his life.

Another month, another issue that this creative simply won't let us go without a big surprise.

The Outsiders War continues and the new Team Arrow is ready to face him and his forces. It was pretty nice to see familiar faces like Magus, Butcher and Katana once again and make them integrate into Green Arrow's universe and Jeff Lemire continues to develope great characterization by making Oliver confront his father about his actions and explaining the perspectives of both men.

And if you're wondering what happened to Ollie, let's just say that there's more than meets the eye.

The ending? As I said, this team wants to deliver a shocking moment in each issue and they don't disappoint here, let's see if this will stick though.

Andrea Sorrentino continues to enhance Lemire's script with his beautiful storytelling techniques that makes the battle much more impressive and the personal moments even more powerful. Marcelo Maiolo also deserves recognition by comenting Sorrentino's work perfectly with strong and dark colors that fit the atmosphere perfectly.

Another great issue, this might be my pick of the week so far once again.
