Some thoughts about Iron Fist: The Living Weapon #7

Iron Fist is being beaten to death, how will he be able to survive?

Danny is doing his best to fight for his life while at the same time reminiscing his old days in K'un Lun while his home and friends are in danger due to the assassins who were sent to kill him. Now, to be able to return he will need a new arsenal to replace his usual weapons.

I was really missing this title.

Kaare Andrews' writing is quite distinctive and you can automatically note a lot of personality from the dialogue and characterization. Every member from the cast has at least a good line to say and they're pretty inventive and energetic.

The humourous moments are really good as well as the most serious ones like the intense fights between Danny and his enemies. Every segment is nicely executed overall.

This wouldn't be possible without the art of course and Andrews' work on that front is outstanding. The storytelling is really accurate with a lot of creativity being put in the progress of the plot. The flashback segments are also wonderfully told.

Definitely recommended. The best Marvel book from the week.
