A bunch of teenage kids are planning to defeat the Teen Titans in their own way.
A new drug has been circulating on the streets, one that can actually develope metahuman abilities on the people who use them. This is especially great for children who have nothing else to do but becoming supervillain.
Once again, I'm quite enjoying all this little stories.
Will Pfeifer brings yet another entertaning tale where he focuses on the concept of teenagers with superpowers but this time he chooses the most irresponsible kind. Young people who only want to feel the excitement of each new dose of powers they get.
This works as a pretty entertaining for the group who also receive really good characterization and interaction between all its members. The S.T.A.R. Labs plot-point is also connected and it continues to progress satisfactorily.
Scott Hepburn is on art duties and sadly, his art is not as beautiful nor polished as Keneth Rocafort's but it still gets the job done from a storytelling perspective.
Quite good issue, highly recommended.
