Some thoughts about Wonder Woman #37

How can Wonder Woman handle the recent tragedies in her life?

After finding that her mother just died, Diana will have no other choice to confront her responsibility as the Queen of the Amazons. However, people might still not accept here and they're planning to create one of the biggest threats for her.

This was actually an interesting improvement over the previous issue. No kidding.

Meredith Finch focuses on a more natural characterization for Diana that makes her react to the current events in way that is more logical for the kind of person she is. Superman also makes an appearance here and seems to be on-point too.

The narration flows a little better with less pretentious lines and dialogue that goes straight to the point while not being too blunt at the same time. The issue even contains more plot now.

Plus, it was good to see a classic character from this franchise return here. Fan of such characters should be glad as long as she's written correctly.

David Finch's artwork is actually pretty solid if we're talking about the creature designs that are quite detailed. The human models suffer a bit but the rest looks good.

Surprisingly solid, maybe they can in fact do a good job.
