There's a new Man Without Fear in town and he plans to be the only one.
Matt has just received a call from a retired biker called the Stunt-Master whos is currently angry about there's another person using his name and gaining fame due to it. Now, to try to save the case Daredevil will have to confront the new Stunt-Master not knowing that there's more behind his whole act.
See? Now this is how you portray Daredevil!
After being disappointing about the portrayal of this character in Superior Iron Man this week, it was good to see him being handled properly.
Mark Waid focuses on yet another little story where Matt starts reminiscing some of his early fights including one with Hawkeye and this is where you can clearly see difference in characterizations. Matt initially makes other things that he completely beat Hawkeye but there was actually more about this than what he was telling. I like that, it gives each character enough respect.
The main plot though concentrates on another case where a biker called the Stunt-Master is getting a lot of press due to his dangerous actions and he's doing it at the expense of others. The way how Daredevil realizes what's truly happening is pretty smart and it actually exploits his own abilities.
Chris Samnee is once again in charge of the artwork and he as usual manages to capture every scene from the story perfectly and even improves it with his storytelling techniques.
Fantastic issue. Can't wait to see how this story end.
