Some thoughts about Harley Quinn #19

Harley's mission to defend the city continues.

The gang of cannibals who has been terrifying everyone has finally met Harley and she's not willing to let them escape this time.

Well, this worked as well as other times I guess.

Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner bring a new chapter where they deliver the mother of all battles in terms of gore since everyone and I say EVERYONE starts spilling blood everywhere once that they get involved (Most of them deserved it fortunately). The violence is made in a comedic way as usual and for that reason is easier to digest.

Sadly, there's not much content once again. There's fun character work here and there and some story progression but aside from that, there's not much to offer aside from the already mentioned.

John Timms' art is amazing by being able to depict every bloody scene with great detail.

There's once again a second segment written by Paul Dini focusing on Joker and Harley and their relationship and is once again fun with a few charming moments although makes me wonder when things are going to start getting bad for them. Bret Blevins' artwork is quite good in a cartoony style.

Solid but I wish there was more of it.
