Some thoughts about Hal Jordan & the Green Lantern Corps #21

The future of the Green Lantern Corps might be saved for now.

Sarko has unleashed Krona's Gauntlet against the Corps and the only hope to stop him is Hal although there may be more about his presence than they initially expected.

This arc has come to an end and is a pretty solid one in and of itself.

Robert Venditti arrives with a new chapter where he divides his attention in both character work and strong action scenes. The characterization is once again quite good due that every member of the cast get solid moments that depict their personalities perfectly, I'm always surprised about how well this book handles the team aspect of the premise by giving all the characters the respect they deserve.

Not only that, but the fight against Sarko proves to be an entertaining one as well which also delivers the kind of twist that most people were expecting about Sarkon's parents, something that will most likely be developed in the future.

V. Ken Marion returns to art duties and his work is still quite energetic and is particularly appropriate during the fight scenes.

Really enjoyable, excited to see how these plot-points progress.
