Some thoughts about Harley Quinn #3

An special murderous issue for the month of love.

Harley Quinn is feeling terrible due to having to spend Valentine's Day alone but thanks to a little gift that Poison Ivy left her she will receive all the love in the world, no matter if she wants it or not.

Warning this issue contains lots and lots of blood and humour.

Okay, this issue was pretty brutal for a Valentine's Day special and I frankly loved it. It was pretty fun to see Harley dealing with an horde of psychopaths who are in love with her and the bloody battle that started for that same reason, this is not your usual romantic story and I'm pretty happy that the creative team of Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner decided to go for an unexpected route here.

One complaint though, I was expecting to see Ivy here, it's a shame since that would have made the issue perfect for me.

Chad Hardin is on pencils full time now and his art continues to be quite expressive and cartoony at the same time, allowing to depict all the hilarious moments pretty well.

Another insanely great issue, this series keeps entertaining me month by month.
