Earth 2's Wonders are finally together but they will need even more help if they want to defeat a murderous Superman.
The most recent and powerful addition of Batman's team unfortunately suffers from a severe case of agoraphobia and it will take the help of someone who had a connection to his race to bring him to his senses.
Another well executed issue from Tom Taylor. This time he showcases the skills of characters like Aquawoman instead of Batman thankfully and the story moves at a nice pace, the best segments belong to Lois and Val since both share a nice moment of character work which made them much more understandable.
I have one complaint though, this was a bit of a fast read. The good moments are really good but once that you're getting to the most interesting part you realize that the issue already ended, that was a shame.
Another thing, and this is a minor nitpick, is that Red Arrow's identity was revealed as Connor Hawke. Mixed thoughts about this since I liked the initial idea of James Robinson making Red Arrow an amalgam of both Oliver Queen and Roy Harper called Roy McQueen based on their Earth 2 origin. Still, seeing a Connor Hawke again is always good.
Barry Kitson and Robson Rocha share pencils here and they do a pretty competent job, Kitson's characters look especially attractive to me despite that most of them have the same faces.
Another strong issue that still ended a bit too soon. Hope that the following ones bring a bit more content.
