This is just for today!
So as always, I will give you some recommendations:
- Green Lantern: Definitely get it, Robert Venditti has been developing the direction of the franchise since issue 1 and in my opinion is has been pretty good so far. Some people complaint that Hal is an incompetent leader and that's the point, he is an incompetent leader so Venditti is building to become a better one. Everything has been really well planned and happens for a reason and I also need to mention that this sale includes all the villains issues from Villains Month and even the Annual, nice!
- Green Lantern Corps: Since issue 21 both Robert Venditti and Van Jensen have been focusing on the often forgotten GL John Stewart and they have done a really good job at giving him more importance as well as creating an unique cast of characters for the series.
- Green Lantern: New Guardians: Justin Jordan has been doing a quite creative and energetic story focusing on Kyle Rayner, so far this is one of my favorite titles from the line currently.
- Red Lanterns: Charles Soule is one of the most talented writers today and he deomstrated perfectly in this book starring Guy Gardner and his gang of RLs. Probably the best all-around written book from the line.
- Larfleeze: People who complaint about the New 52 lacking in fun titles need to read this book, it's simply hilarious and both Keith Giffen and J.M. DeMatteis present a really vibrant story that actually developes the character of Larfleeze.
