Some thoughts about The Flash #28

The Flash will need a special assistance if he wants to solve this supernatural mystery.

Barry's obsession with the murder of his mother will lead him to investigate a case that involves one of the Gem Cities' mythos: The Keystone Killer and by making more research about the cities' history he will learn that the spirit is just looking to possess some very specific persons who may actually be closer to him than what he imagines.

Second issue of Brian Buccellato's three-part arc and so far is one of his most solid works yet. Buccellato delivers a lot of information about how both Central and Keystone City were initially conceived as well as tons of hints about where this mystery is going, the final page was specially surprising and makes you wonder what will be the resolve.

Some complaints though, I wish the dialogue was a bit more refined, sometimes you feel like the characters are overexplaining aspects in not a really natural way. It doesn't ruin the story though.

Patrick Zircher continues to rock this storyline by deliver some of the best art that this title had besides Francis Manapul. It's all pretty kinetic and powerful while creating really attractive characters at the same time.

Good issue definitely and I can't wait to see how this arc concludes.
