Some thoughts about Scooby Apocalypse #3

The virus continues to spread.

The gang is trying to escape from The Complex and the creatures that want to kill them. However, even if they manage to survive there are bigger threats out there.

A new chapter that still focuses on the best aspects of this book.

Keith Giffen and J.M. DeMatteis continue to explore the post-apocaliptic world from this particular universe but they most concentrate on the dynamic between the members of the cast. Each of them demonstrate their personalities perfectly in natural yet comedic dialogue that emphasizes their own backgrounds and how they contrast with each other's. Is really a pretty compelling read if you like character work and interactions.

The action and story flow at a nice pace with the fight scenes being pretty intense and the mystery around the virus keeps being explored more and more.

Howard Porter and Dale Eaglesham share art duties and their work is pretty solid as a whole since both manage to maintain a consistent style over the course of the issue.

Quite enjoyable, hope to see more of the universe in the next installment.
