Can Harley Quinn save an entire neighborhood?
People are being thrown out of their homes due to the construction of new buildings but as usual, Harley will have to do her best for the people she cares about.
This is the final issue of the volume and it perfectly exemplifies what the book was all about.
Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner offer the last chapter by opening with the now classic hallucination/dream sequence where the writers can do pretty much whatever they want which is including cameos from different familiar characters and crazy adventures. The fun doesn't end there since the writers continue to deliver the kind of humour you would expect from the title.
The good aspects don't end there either though since there's actually some solid social commentary involved here based on the different situations Harley faces. The characterization is pretty on-point as well due that she shows a lot of charming moments when she tries to make one of her patients feel better. Finally, the last pages focus on a pretty sweet moment between her and Ivy that brings a big smile.
Elsa Charretier is in charge of art duties and her work is really fitting for the series thanks to her cartoony style and expressive characters. Her design for Poison Ivy is particularly beautiful.
Great stuff and I'm glad this is far from over. Onto Rebirth now.
