There are some strange events that are currently happening that could affect different eras and the team will need the help of different heroes and Vandal Savage to succeed.
Well, this was certainly a good contrast of characters.
Jeff Parker delivers a new chapter where he focuses on mostly a new cast thats consists of Stargirl, Batgirl, Robotman, Steel, Sgt. Rock and Vandal Savage. The way how the author manages to incorporate each character into the plot is perfect due that everyone is able to demonstrate their own skills and personality in a quite clear and natural way due that they have to implement it into the battle itself.
The dynamic between the whole team is also pretty enjoyable. Savage is obviously someone who is going to cause tension among the whole group but his personality is so strong that he immediately becomes one of the most entertaining to see. The relationship between other characters like Stargirl and Batgirl is also enjoyable.
Paul Pelletier handles the pencils this time and his work is pretty appropriate due that he's able to depict every character nicely while also telling the story in a pretty precise manner.
Great issue, can't wait to see the continuation.
