Can Black Canary save Ditto before it's too late?
Bo Maeve is decided to destroy Dinah's carreer just like she did it to hers. However, Amanda Waller's involvement wasn't in her plans and that might be the worst thing that happen to everyone.
This series continues to deliver great enjoyment.
Brenden Fletcher brings a new chapter where he focuses on Black Canary's new archenemy, Bo Maeve and developes her into her own character. The self-aware flashbacks manage to explore more about her personality and motivations and how that eventually make Dinah cross into her path which explains the reason of her hate. Fortunately, Maeve manages to be more like a person and less of a typical mad villain.
There are also some interesting connections with the rest of the universe like Dinah's conversations with Frankie from Batgirl. Plus, there's an interesting development about a misterious vigilante who seems to be connected to the protagonist.
Pia Guerra is in charge of art duties this time and the result is wonderful with precise storytelling and a style that is perfect for the book.
Fantastic issue. This book is exactly what you need.
