Some thoughts about Bat-Mite #4

To save this era from the villain Gridlock, Bat-Mite will need the help of someone who is able to travel through time.

Booster Gold knows that there's something wrong about the current villain that Bat-Mite is facing and he will be forced to help him despite that the little imp might make things worse.

So many things to enjoy here.

Dan Jurgens continues his story where he focuses on how Bat-Mite doesn't really know how to interact with others and that ends-up causing several problems with his roommates and of course, Booster Gold.

The characterization for Booster is quite appropriate considering that he's being handled by his creator obviously and the interaction between Bat-Mite and him is quite entertaining, especially when the protagonist starts trying to "improve" the superhero by making him more grim and gritty.

Gridlock is surprisingly entertaining based on his whole premise about wanting this time to go back to the "good old days" and he certainly fits on the theme of the issue.

Corin Howell continues to handle the art and her work is still pretty appropriate thanks to her cartoony style that is able to depict all the comedic moments and expressions perfectly.

Fun issue and I can't wait to see how Bat-Mite interacts with the Inferior Five.
