Archie's love life is getting more complicated than ever.
Veronica and Archie have finally met and he's ready to fulfill her wishes no matter how terrible she treats him. Now is up to Betty and Jughead to try to save him.
What can I say? Still loving this.
Mark Waid arrives with a new chapter where we finally see the inevitable interaction between Veronica and the rest of the cast and the results are quite entertaining. Archie becoming her lapdog, Jughead being completely suspicious about her and Betty feeling jealous but at the same time trying to help her when she's in trouble.
Speaking of which, while Veronica is presented as a stereotypical rich girl, there are still some moments where the audience can relate to her and they're handled pretty nicely. The rest of the cast also receives solid scenes and Jughead is still wonderful.
Fiona Staples continues on art duties and her work is still quite important for the book's success thanks to her beautiful style and precise storytelling that makes every scene even better.
Great issue, hope the next one comes soon.
