Bruce is back to Wayne Manor but many things have changed since he was absent.
After being transformed in a new Arkham Asylum, Bruce is not sure about returning to his old home and there's a good reason for that due that many of the inmates are going after him for his past sins.
This is a story that plays a lot with the current continuity and actually does a good job at it.
James Tynion IV delivers a story where he focuses on the new status quo about Bruce not having the trauma of the death of his parents nor his memories about Batman and brings some importants recent events like the series Arkham Manor where many of the lunatics from Gotham City were being imprisoned in Bruce's home.
This allows for an interesting story where Tynion starts exploring how Gotham's villains are pretty resentful about Bruce's actions, the problem is that he doesn't remember any of that. The characterization is pretty strong where every member from the cast is portrayed adequately. In case of some of the villains, they're presented in a pretty petty way but at least this is adressed towards the end.
The portrayal of Bruce is also well-done due that he's willing to do things that he would have never done before, it makes an interesting study about his new life.
Roge Antonio is in charge of the artwork and his style is pretty fitting with a pretty gothic tone that makes every suspenseful scene look appropriate.
Solid Annual, not a bad way to exploit the current events.
