Some thoughts about Superior Iron Man #9

Superior no more.

Tony has disappointed everyone due to his recent actions and Pepper is ready to confront him with all of his creations but not even them could be able to stop him.

The conclusion of this particular story is finally here, what the verdict?

Eh, it's okay.

Tom Taylor uses a lot of the plot-points that he has been developing over the course of this series but frankly does it in a pretty rushed way. Many of the situations seem a bit anticlimactic and the ending actually appears pretty abruptly, the fact that this is a pretty fast read doesn't help matters.

Some of the scenes are well-executed but sadly a lot of the dialogue ends-up pretty cliche and don't really offer an imaginative scenario, not even the fights are well-depicted, they end way too soon and in a pretty forced way.

Yildiray Cinar's artwork continues to be one of the best aspects of this book and in this issue is definitely the best thanks to his beautiful and clean style.

This is a serviceable ending but expect to be disappointed for the most part.
