Some thoughts about Batgirl #41

Batgirl will not only have to deal with her own enemies but also with her own family.

James Gordon has revealed to Barbara that he's the new Batman and she doesn't know how to take such fact. Now, once that Livewire starts her attack, things will get even more complicated for both of them.

This title returns with the same charm that you would expect.

Cameron Stewart and Brenden Fletcher continue their take on Batgirl by introducing us to same interesting concepts like a crazy cult based on social media and the reintroduction of Livewire who can certainly become a pretty interesting addition to Batgirl's rogues gallery.

However, one of the most interesting aspects here is the dynamic between Barbara and her father and how both are in a pretty difficult situation where now both have their own double lives. It creates a pretty interesting conflict for the characters.

Babs Tarr also returns to art duties and her work is certainly one of the most important factors in this book quality with a beautiful and unique style that makes every character and scene look gorgeous.

Pretty enjoyable issue and I hope the series continues this way.
