Some thoughts about Batman/Superman #21

Superman is not ready to handle the truth.

Batman has disappeared but Clark knows that there must be some plan behind it. However, with his lack of powers this might turn to be more difficult to figure out.

Truth continues and I must say that I'm still enjoying the hell out of it.

Greg Pak continues the story immediately after his work in Action Comics last week. This kind of transition works pretty well to make the whole plot more seamless and cohesive fortunately.

The character work is quite good due that the author concentrates on what makes each of the protagonists unique. The focus is mostly on Superman but Batman's presence is still felt during the issue as well as what he represented for Clark.

Ardian Syaf is on art duties and his work is pretty good here. The character are expressive and the storytelling is really sharp.

Satisfying issue. Hope that the next chapter continues this trend.
