The Justice League International is powerless but that won't stop their fight.
After being trapped inside the dome just like many other heroes, Blue Beetle had no other choice but assuming leadership and try to guide the team to save everyone they can. However, the fights are about to get worse once they face a much more powerful group than theirs.
The return of one of my favorite teams and while is not as comedy-focused as before, is still entertaining.
Ron Marz brings a nice story that is mostly concentrated on Blue Beetle and how his character has developed after being the only one accustomed to having no powers and was forced to become the leader of the team. Is overall quite nice portrayal and definitely makes look more competent than ever.
The rest of the team is also solidly depicted, especially Martian Manhunter who still assumes the role of the father figure of the group.
Mike Manly handles the artwork and he does a decent job by delivering expressive characters and detailed action and personal moments.
Fun issue certainly, hope the next one brings a solid conclusion.
