After being imprisoned inside of the dome and losing their powers, the world's greatest criminals will be punished for their actions. However, once that their powers return they will need to defend their home against the current attacks.
Boy, this was pretty derivative.
Biran Buccellato unfrotunately delivers a story with not much to offer. I don't really know how to expand more on that, the plot is simply pretty barebones and doesn't offer much new about these characters, there's no complex characterization, nor interesting ideas, nor great moments, nothing.
The writing itself is pretty bland without any remarkable points about it whatsoever, it lacks both soul and wit sadly.
The art is provided by Phil Winslade who manages to deliver a pretty classic feel for the tale and it looks really solid in terms of storytelling.
Still, this is a completely skippable issue. Just don't bother.
