Some thoughts about Superman/Wonder Woman #27

Superman and Wonder Woman need to fight against Savage's army.

The forces of Savage are causing destruction everywhere and is up to Clark and Diana to stop him from causing more damage.

First of all, I should have read this before Superman #50.

Second, this was a complete waste of time.

Peter Tomasi brings the last chapter of his part of the crossover by creating a completely derivative action scene. There are no interesting character moments, no compelling fight scenes, no nothing! This feels like a transition chapter before the end and most likely because it is.

The whole storyline has damaged the Superman books in pretty terrible ways and I don't understand why the editors of the line think that is a good idea to keep forcing crossovers here.

Cliff Richards is in charge of the art and is not bad but I've seen better from him. At some points the character faces seemed a bit too static.

You can skip this issue and don't miss anything. You better do it.
