Some thoughts about Omega Men #10

The Omega Men are about to win this war but how will this affect them?

Kyle Rayner has decided to fight alongside his captors to help people but he can't help but feeling like this is going against his beliefs.

Okay, this is mostly a transition issue to be honest.

Tom King focuses on the ramifications of the last chapter by presenting the battle between the Omega Men and the Citadel and it works nicely for the most part. As usual, King's presentation shines with some really interesting pacing and segments that showcase a lot of characterization and subtle moments for the cast. I'm particularly intrigued about Kyle's current reaction about his own actions, especially considering the own nature of their leader.

However, due to the nature of being a transition issue, this felt kinda light in content. There wasn't a lot of story packed nor many impressive scenes. It almost feels like filler, almost.

Bagnaby Bagenda remains in art duties and while his style is not particularly beautiful, is great for storytelling as usual with creative and compelling layouts that depict the script perfectly.

Solid I would say but let's hope there's a bigger climax in the next few issues.
