Some thoughts about Green Lantern Corps: Edge of Oblivion #3

The Corps has lost a lot and they won't continue that route.

Many of Guy's friends have died and he's decided to face the culprit once for all. However, that being might be much more powerful he imagined.

Okay, this is not really offering the kind of quality I was expecting.

Tom Taylor delivers a new chapter where he focuses on the ramifications of what has happened so far about the loss of some members of the Green Lantern Corps and how Guy is starting to loss his patience. There's some decent character work between Guy and Kilowog and the action scenes are serviceable.

Still, the plot is not particularly engaging. Sure, the villain offers a few unique skills but aside from that, there's nothing really distinctive about the story to make me invested into it, I would call it almost non-existent so far.

Ethan Van Sciver is still on art duties and his work is the best aspect here. The constructs are perfectly done while the strong action scenes are quite well-executed.

Not feeling it, don't know if this will improve considering that Sciver is leaving.
