The Martian Manhunter is starting to learn who he truly is.
All the personalities of J'onn are starting to fight together to help both Mars and the rebels and J'onn believes there's a way they can save each other.
Well, there are still some things I don't like but they don't necessarily ruin the read.
For one, I still think that Rob Williams' writing is pretentious as hell and none of that is more obvious whenever he writes dialogue. He tries to make characters talk in creative and unique ways but they mostly seem awkward, especially in the early scenes with John Constantine who starts talking in a really weird manner. This kind of dialogue is not suited for humans.
That being said, I kinda enjoy where the story is going and some of the ideas are indeed creative. Plus, the characterization is not really hurt by the previous complaints this time due that there are some heartful moments.
Eddy Barrows, Ronan Cliquet and R.B. Silva share art duties and their overall work is pretty consistent over the course of the issue with the creepy and destructive atmosphere being nicely done.
Not bad but I would prefer a bit more of normal narration.
