The flashbacks continue.
The students of Gotham Academy are still remembering all the adventures they had during their time.
Well, that's pretty much the plot and it definitely works for what the concept they're going for.
Brenden Fletcher handles the story for the main section where he focuses on the cast at large and how they start telling stories about their different experiences in the Academy. Adam Archer is in charge of the artwork for this section and is pretty solid with expressive characters and storytelling.
The first little story is written and drawn by Zac Morgan whose unique style manages to bring personality into what would otherwise be a kinda dull story about a dance party.
The second segment is handled by Eduardo Medeiros and Rafael Albuquerque, the difference between their styles is pretty obvious since at the beginning the work is pretty cartoony and kinda deformed while the latter part has a more realistic tone. The story about RPGs was certainly fun.
The final tale is given to Mingjue Helen Chen and is focused on the cast's dog and is simple but charming little story. The pencils certainly contribute since this is easily the best looking art of the issue.
Overall, this was still enjoyable as an anthology kind of book. Not bad.
