Some thoughts about Harley Quinn #25

Harley is about to save the man she loves from the man she hates.

Mason Macabre has been sent to Arkham Asylum and he's going to meet its worst immate. Now, if Harley wants to help him she will have to finally face the person who controlled her in the past.

I must say that I've been enjoying how this whole storyline has worked out.

Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner deliver the conclusion of the arc about the relationship between Harley and Mason by focusing on how she handles her love interests. Being either Mason, Ivy or the Joker, we can see how she treats them in different ways and all of them are logical based on their histories.

One of the biggest aspects of this chapter is how satisfying it feels due that the writers have been building-up a lot to this moment. Not only about saving Mason but also about the inevitable confrontation with the Joker and it's pretty good to see how much Harley's character has progressed since her beginning.

Chad Hardin is in charge of the art and once again is pretty fitting for the comedic and action scenes while at the same time depicting the serious segments nicely.

Pretty enjoyable issue and I'm excited about Harley's new look.
