The wonders will need to prevent yet another war in their world.
Hawkgirl has just found Fury and is about to learn what she thinks about their new world. Meanwhile, Alan is afraid that the people who don't trust them will start taking desperations actions against them.
Once again, this was pretty solid.
Dan Abnett continues his new direction of the book by focusing on the multiple members of the cast and how they respond to the situation of their planet. Abnett manages to handle the different sections pretty well by given them distinctive perspectives based on their personalities.
Speaking of which, the characterization is pretty on-point so far, is the best I've seen from them in a long time in fact. While Alan is still getting distant from humanity, he still shows his own concerns about his current state which automatically makes him connect with Lois who is suffering the same predicament. Dick Grayson and Oliver Queen create a pretty solid team considering that they're street-level heroes. As you can see, a lot of the characterization is dependant on the interactions of the cast and it works immensily well in that regard.
The plot also progresses nicely with all of them dealing with a threat they don't exactly know how to face. Plus, the worldbuilding is pretty solid with several environments being explored.
Jorge Jimenez demonstrates his talents in art duties and his work is certainly improving due that the storytelling is much clearer now and the characters are beautiful while the action remains vibrant.
Pretty good issue, lot of good content being delivered.
