Hal Jordan is back to Earth but the problems are not over for him.
Afetr spending a time as a renegade, Hal has finally found some time to spend with his family. However, things are not going as smoothly as he would have hoped for since some strange attacks have been happening lately and they could be his responsibility.
Well, this was certainly an impressive issue.
Robert Venditti progresses his story by making Hal reunite with his brother and family and it's certainly one of the most enjoyable aspects of this chapter. The family dynamic is perfectly done with both Hal and Jim showing a believable and charming relationship between siblings. The character work is nicely done.
The rest of the plot moves at the right pace with the dangers being reintroduced almost instantly and the menace of an old villain resurfacing.
And speaking of old villains, I wasn't expecting that guy at the end. It will be interesting to see what happens next.
Martin Coccolo handles the art this time and his work is pretty good looking with a distinctive style that allows for pretty expressive characters.
Entertaining chapter, really want to see what will happen when Hal finds THAT guy.
