The Priests of Nothingness are currently threatening the whole universe and is up to the Sinestro Corps to stop them but to do so, they will need to recruit new members.
Well, this presented some solid surprises.
Cullen Bunn brings a new chapter where he utilizes a lot of the plot-points he created during the course of his work in the series like the Priests of Nothingness and the Manhunters, he even managed to include some forgetten ones from the past like Mongul and they all work nicely for the most part.
The result is an action-packed issue where both the battles and characterization shine. The interaction between Sinestro and Black Adam continues to be enjoyable while the rest of cast also have some time in the spotlight.
The biggest moments come in the last few pages though, next issue should be good.
Brad Walker and Neil Edwards handle the artwork and their collaboration is a pretty cohesive result with the story maintaining a consisten a solid look during the whole issue.
Entertaining issue. Hoping for the better for the next one.
