Some thoughts about Batman: Europa #3

Batman and the Joker are running out of time.

The person who has infected both of them is causing deaths everywhere and their own lives are getting in danger.

Boy, this keeps getting duller and duller.

Brian Azzarello and Matteo Casali bring a new chapter where they continue to focus on the dynamic between Batman and the Joker and while the latter is decently portrayed, the former suffers a bit. Batman starts telling jokes out of nowhere for no real reason which is especially ridiculous considering that he's working alongside his archenemy.

Worst of all is that the plot barely progresses. There are some deaths happening but aside from that, we still don't know much about the villain compared to the last issue, there isn't a sense of development for the story.

Giuseppe Camuncoli handles the layouts and Diego Latorre finishes the job and I didn't know that we were reading a 3D issue because at times it feels that way. The art is pretty hard to look at and has an abundance of dark colours, it looks quite rough.

Not great, not even good. You can skip this one.
