The Martian Manhunters will have to fight together if they want to survive.
J'onn has apparently murdered the world and they will need to face the martian race while some of them will have to pick sides in the upcoming war.
The story goes on but at a snail pace.
Rob Williams continues to unfold his mystery story about the resurrection of Mars while he keeps giving hints about the true nature of J'onn as well as which people he feels closer to. The rest of the cast receive some interesting moments of characterization too.
However, some of it feels a bit flat. There are some interesting moments of characterization as I mentioned but they're a bit cold, even when one of the characters die it doesn't leave me much of an impression despite that he was one of the most likable ones overall. Once again, I feel like this is mostly due to the author's predilection of pushing the style over true character development and for that reason I don't really care about most of the cast.
Plus, the plot doesn't progress as fast as I would have hoped for and again, is mostly because of the flaws I already mentioned.
Ronan Cliquet handles the art this time and his work is okay but just as the issue as a whole, is not really great.
Wasn't one of the best and I hope we can get over this storyline soon.
