Red Hood and Arsenal have arrived in the middle of a war.
The battle to gain control over the Robin movement is in full force and Jason can't help but start reminiscing his time as Batman's sidekick along with Tim Drake. However, he will need to think in the present due that Roy and Duela are in trouble.
Typical Scott Lobdell stuff. Some things work, others don't.
For one, I really like the characterization and development here. The relationship between Jason and Tim feels very genuine based on their story in the current continuity, I really appreciate the amount of progress that Lobdell has given to the protagonist. Even Joker's Daughter shows some surprising moments of depth that actually kinda makes me *gasp* like her!
On the other hand, there's also the overexpository narration where the author feels like he needs to recap everything and gets pretty awkward especially when Jason starts telling his whole story to Tim as if he didn't know it. Poor narration.
Javier Fernandez handles the art and does a good job for the most part. The action scenes are pretty fluid and the characters look good enough.
Not terrible but not impressive, exactly as expected.
