Scott will have to deal with the sins of his future self.
After fighting a mutant gang who are obsessed with Cyclops, Scott will show a violent side that most people haven't seen and it will get even worse when more of those fanatics appear.
This series is not setting the X-Men world on fire but is doing its own thing right.
Dennis Hopeless brings a new chapter where he continues the character development that characterizes his whole work and is certainly good in a lot of ways. The relationships between the cast is pretty accurate considering their stories being either Bobby and Hank concerning the former's recently discovered sexuality or Laura and Warren based on their relationship. Is quite logical overall.
The characterization that Scott receives is also an interesting one and plays with a lot of plot-points from the previous volume, about his own relationship with future Scott and how that affects him.
If I have a complaint is that the plot barely progresses, there's character development but the story is not really that significant.
About the art, Mark Bagley still delivers a solid job with his expressive characters and vibrant action. Again, nothing too impressive but it still looks good.
An overall solid issue despite of not being really great.
