Lex still can't believe that there's a Superman and Clark Kent together at the same time. However, there are bigger matters at hand since Doomsday seems decided to destroy everything in his path.
The new direction for Superman continues and is still a solid one so far.
Dan Jurgens brings a new chapter where he doesn't focus so much on developing the mystery of the new Clark Kent as much as in the battle between Superman and Doomsday but fortunately these sections are well-executed thanks to the good pacing during the battle.
The characterization also serves its purpose by making Lois remember the classic situation of this battle and its outcome which provides some solid and accurate portrayals.
Patrick Zircher remains in art duties and is as good as ever thanks to a pretty detailed work for both the characters and action scenes.
Still enjoyable, hope to see more plot for the next one though.
