The Flash is trying to do everything at once and that might be his biggest flaw.
Barry is trying to solve the horde of murders that have been happening lately but not even superspeed is enough to help him save all the people in the city.
Once again, a proper beginning is here and credit where credit is due, this worked a little better than the Rebirth issue.
Joshua Williamson brings chapter where he focuses on the characterization of Barry Allen, about how much he looks for justice by trying to help everyone at the same time, is a classic theme for the character that has been used several times in the past but at the very least is accurate. The connection with the rest of the cast is also nicely depicted with good characterization all around.
Some of the problems from the Rebirth issue also remain though with overwritten narration here and there, especially coming from the narration boxes that could have been much better handled with conversations. The origin of the villain is less of a mystery than I was expecting.
Camine Di Giandomenico handles the artwork again and is pretty good looking with a vibrant style that is perfect for the book.
Solid overall but a few things need to be improved.
