Some thoughts about Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps #2

The Green Lantern Corps is back but not even they might be enough to stop Sinestro's threat.

Hal Jordan is trying to create order around the universe but Sinestro and his corps have their own way to do so. Now both will have to fight once again to see who deserves to protect the people.

This proves to be still quite enjoyable.

Robert Venditti offers a new chapter where he reintroduces the Green Lantern Corps to the universe and creates a new status quo. The characterization was pretty solid, not only for Hal but also for the rest of the cast. John Stewart is starting to develope his own skils as a leader while characters like Guy Gardner remain pretty entertaining and accurate to previous portrayals.

The threat of the Sinestro Corps continues to grow with the writer giving an understandable reason for them to return and becoming antagonists once again, this also creates a good sense of continuity with their own last series.

All of these different segments deliver a lot of content for the issue, fortunately the plot progression is pretty satisfactory.

Rafa Sandoval handles the artwork and is beautiful with engaging action scenes, beautiful constructs and expressive characters.

Solid stuff, hope to see more of this soon.
