Hal Jordan is the universe last hope but he might be too late already.
The Sinestro Corps has been gaining control over the different planets and the rest of the Green Lantern Corps still don't realize that leaving everything to Hal whose willpower might not be enough to stop them.
A new chapter that developes the new status quo nicely.
Robert Venditti continues his new direction by exploring more of what happened to the rest of the Green Lantern Corps as well as delivering the scenes about Hal's last stand against the Sinestro Corps. The characterization is pretty strong, Hal receives some of his best scenes yet that perfectly demonstrate the kind of person he is while also showcasing a few moments for the rest of cast that also depict them solidly despite of their little time in the spotlight.
The plot progresses satisfactorily as well by showing more of Sinestro's plans for the universe and revealing that a lot of things happened during the GLC absense which makes things much more interesting.
Rafa Sandoval continues in art duties and his work is even more impressive now by depicting powerful and vibrant action scenes that are quite big in terms of scope, all of them with a beautiful style.
Really enjoyable and hope the next one is just as good if not better.
