Can Nightwing truly trust Raptor?
Batgirl is here to try to understand why is Dick working along a thief. However, the three of them will have to start collaborating if they want to defeat the Parliament of Owls.
This title simply fails at disappointing.
Tim Seeley offers a new chapter where he explores more of the dynamic between Nightwing and Raptor, about how much Dick can rely of him. The character work is great with several segments dedicated to the kind of person Dick is, his past, the way how his mind works, etc. All of this is wonderfully depicted and contributes a lot to the plot itself due that is based on the whole theme of trying to find his own voice between Batman and the recently introduced Raptor.
Batgirl is here to help explore more of that concept due that she's basically the most lighthearted member of the Batfamily and her more black and white personality contrasts perfectly with this new dilemma. Although I still don't understand why she's so judgemental at times.
Javier Fernandez remains in art duties and his work keeps improving. The storytelling is still on-point but his style is much more refined now as well.
Quite enjoyable. Still the strongest Batread right now.
