Is Swindle really dead?
The Combaticons are trying to find their companion's body to know the secrets he kept and they're ready to manipulate everyone in the planet to do so.
Colour me surprised, another enjoyable chapter.
Mairghread Scott continues her story by focusing on a few of the plot-points she created during the course of her work in the Transformers franchise: The fate of Swindle and Chromia's crimes. The former manages to be explored in a great detail by showing that there were bigger secrets behind it and the latter shows that Scott surprisingly didn't forget about that event and is actually expanding on it (Mind you, she kinda fails to acknowledge the fact that Windblade pretty much ignored that she killed a bunch of people but let's see where this goes).
The characterization works solidly with the Combaticons receiving some strong portrayals, particularly Onslaught who proves to be more interesting than ever. The rest of the cast also receive some compelling moments based on their interactions.
Sara Pitre-Durocher handles the artwork and is beautiful. It certainly looks more polished than previous offerings with good looking characters and a vibrant style.
I'm glad things are getting better here. Hope it continues this way.
