Bat-Mite will have to meet his match.
Damian Wayne has realized that someone has been stealing things from the Batcave and now he will need to work along with Bat-Mite if they want to defeat a villain who is obsessed with the current generation.
I must say this was quite entertaining.
Dan Jurgen continues his work in this miniseries by still focusing on the humourous side of the DCU and the kind of insanity that a character like Bat-Mite can bring to it. From his relationship with his new roomates to the dynamic he has with Damian Wayne, the writer certainly exploits the premise nicely.
Speaking about the interaction with Damian, is as hilarious as you could imagine. Having a character so serious like him contrasts perfectly with Bat-Mite's personality and both of them also contrast nicely with the villain who appears here who seems strangely obsessed with how kids these days are focused on vain things like social media. It creates a pretty enjoyable read.
Corin Howell remains in art duties and her cartoony style certainly fits this kind of story thanks to the flexible expressions she manages to implement as well as the nice depiction of comedic moments.
Fun issue and I hope the series continues this way.
